1. Cutting Room - Distribution List

This is the list of various reports generated by the cutting departement with the
originator, its frequency of generation and its distribution to various persons.

2. Piece Planning
This is the planning done for the next day, where the pieces to be cut are planned as per the
cutting chart.
3. Cut Planning
This is the planning done for the next day where the cutting is planned by combining two or three colors.
4. Table Planning
This is the one which shows where exactly the pieces to be spread, the team which is going to spread and also the time to be taken for spreading, cutting and ply numbering.
5. Table Utilisation
This is the one which shows the actual work done at the cutting sectiona and also comparing actual with the targets.
6. Bihourly Report
This is the report done for every one hours in order to check the production from each section and also comparing actuals with targets.
7. Daily Cutting Room Efficiency
This is the one through which efficiency of each section is generated.
8. Man Power Planning Chart
This will help in deciding who is to be shifted to which section based on absenteeism, skills and output requirements.
9. Fabric Utilisation Report
This is the report which is done twice in a week and days on which style ends, where all the end bits and patch garments are cleared and also to check whether the fabric consumption per garment is within the limits.
